We are a non-profit Association that is self-financing and subsists thanks to the membership fees and the partners we get. Currently there are 420 women who make up the Association, including agents, coordinators and managers or brokers. We are the largest association of women working in the real estate sector in Europe, and we hope to continue growing much more.
Our country has become a very attractive place to invest. 15% of real estate purchases are made by foreigners, especially Americans. What does AMPSI contribute to its members? Support, training, help and solid and fruitful long-term national and international relationships.
We sign institutional and many types of agreements that benefit us all, like the one we just signed with ATA (Association of Self-Employed Workers). The situation of the self-employed in Spain is tremendous and the majority of real estate agents work under this regime and it is important to know our rights and possible improvements, etc.
