Basic Info
Name: Sir Darius James Everhart
Nicknames: N/A
Age: 27
Race: Human
Kingdom: Arrowpact
Occupation: Knight
Birthday: June 25
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Play-by: Garrett Hedlund
Physical Traits
Eyes: Green
Hair: His hair is a very dark brown which is often mistaken for black. He likes to keep it just covering the bottoms of his ears. He has two chunks which are slightly shorter than the rest of his hair. They frame the sides of his face and tend to fall into his eyes. They annoy him greatly, but his sister likes them, so he keeps them as they are.
Height: 5'8
Build: Darius is made up of lean, well developed muscles as a result of his constant training.
Physical Flaws: Darius has a knotted, crescent shaped scar cupping the back of his left ear where someone had attempted to cut it off. Thankfully, it was able to be sewn back instead of completely removed, however he was stuck with the hideous scar. He keeps it covered with his hair and prefer not to allow anyone to see it. As well as being scared, the hearing in his left ear is poor. He cannot hear quiet or high pitched noises as a result. This, he keeps secret, fearing it may affect his career.
Physical Skills: Darius is quite agile. He make his way through a crowded battle field with the grace of a dancer, all the while slashing down his opponents, or slip quietly into his house to surprise his unsuspecting sister.
Weapons: In battle, Darius prefers to use a broadsword. He finds it stronger than a rapier yet more agile than a club or a mace. It's reach is longer than a dagger's, meaning it can keep enemies at a safer distance.
At home, he carries a rapier and a dagger, the broadsword, in his opinion, is to heavy to tote around casually and he seldom has use for weapons in his day to day life. The agility of the pair is far greater than that of his sword and they are easy to hid under a cloak or cape.
Mental Traits
Likes: Caring for his sister, organized things, developing his skills, his horse
Dislikes: Loud, unruly people, war, dogs, a displeased Lillian
Fear: His greatest fear is probably losing his sister. After caring for her for almost 10 years, she has become almost like a daughter to him. Losing her would be like losing a piece of himself. Deep down, he knows he will eventually have to leave her for good so that she may marry and start her own family, but he cannot bring himself to do it. The constant nagging thought that something bad may happen to her fills his every moment. He cannot lose her.
Personality: Stern, hard-working, reserved, kind, responsible, caring, stubborn, loyal, determined, brave
Mental Flaws: Darius tends to be quite the perfectionist. When things aren't quite as he thinks they should be, he gets agitated. If he cannot fix them, he tends to be snappish and generally unpleasant to those around him.
He also tends to be overprotective, especially of his sister. If he feels someone is bothering her or threatening her life, he will do whatever it takes to fix it. Sometimes, it leads to rash actions, sometimes cause more harm than not.
Mental Skills: Darius is very clever. He enjoys 'exercising his brain' and can work out most problems quickly and without much difficulty.
Family and History
Mother: Andromeda Everhart
Father: James Everhart
Siblings: Lillian Everhart
Other:N/A
History:Andromeda Everhart had so badly wanted to be the mother of a new legend, a new hero, but it seemed to her that, miscarriage after miscarriage, this would not be so. Not only would she not have a hero, she would never have a child.
When she gave birth to a living child, a son, she rejoiced. Truly this was a miracle. Fate or luck or the gods had given her, not only a living baby, but a boy! She named him Darius for to reasons. The first being that he was a miracle to her just as King Darius of old had been to his people long, long ago. Secondly, she hoped that, by naming him after the greatest hero of all, he might just follow in the footsteps of his namesake.
Unfortunately for Andromeda, it seemed that this would not be the case. The boy was a quiet type. Not wanting much to do with the world around him. Definitely not the type to charge off on some dangerous quest and save his country from danger.
As he grew older, the boy improved, but it wasn't until after his sister was born that he really changed.
His sister was born sickly and everyone said that she would, without doubt, die before her first year was completed. But Darius refused to let that happen. He did all that was in his power to keep her well and to protect her and, to the everyone's surprise, the baby lived.
Her name was Lillian and she was every bit as daring as her brother was not.
Then, on the eve of Darius' 16th birthday, he, his mother and his sister received news of James Everhart's death.
As the year past, Mrs. Everhart grew increasingly ill, utterly broken by her husbands death, she, too passed away, leaving a 17 year old Darius the only person able to take care of 7 year old Lillian. Out of desperation, Darius joined the army and began to follow in his father's footsteps, abandoning his hopes of one day becoming a scholar. He needed the money, for Lillian
After all their initial struggles, things were finally going well again.
In some ways, Darius had become the 'hero' his mother had wanted, accidentally saving the life of Arrowpact's crow prince. As a reward, the king proclaimed him Sir Darius Everhart.
Now, he is expected to go and search for the great Horn of Victory, but his heart is reluctant to leave, for fear something may happen to his beloved sister.

Sample RP: The Falls was Roshni's favorite place to visit. She enjoyed the musical sound of the water crashing on rocks and the way the cascading water glittered in the sun like fine crystal. Nature at it's finest. Birds twittered in the surrounding trees. They were nice trees, thick, deep brown trunks and lush, emerald leaves. Not like back in her District. The pollution from the factories made everything sickly and gray.
Longing to feel the cool water against her skin filled Roshni. Slipping off her shoes and socks, she slid her bare feet into the cool, refreshing water. it wasn't enough, though, she wanted to feel more of it, however, she restrained herself
But why? No one ever came here. That's why it was her special place. It was one of the few places she could go without people constantly asking favors of her. Favors she could say no to without feeling horrible afterward. This was the place she could come and work on things she enjoyed without her aunt and her mother breathing down her neck about how she needed to get out more, make some friends or get a man in her life.
On an impulse, Roshni pulled off her sweat and jeans, revealing her tight, cotton camisole and a matching pair of white knickers. She then slowly lowered herself into the water. It was cold but she didn't care, in fact, she dunked her face underneath the glittering surface. When she surfaced she let down her golden hair, allowing the wet locks cascade over her shoulders.
She was about to go under again when she hear a rustle from the surrounding greenery. It was too loud to be a bird. She could just make out the figure. It was too tall to be any kind of animal. Her first thought was that it might be a Rebel. Panic swelled within her. She fought to keep it under control. She had com here unarmed, hating the biting feeling of the cold metal of her pistol against her flesh.
'Who's there?' Roshni called out, her voice steady despite the rising fear she felt.
